You are important and are a Moodscope member for a reason
I am a great fan of Moodscope. I joined in 2011 and immediately started completing my daily mood score which I found very useful. But it was not until 2021 that I took the brave step of joining the Moodscope family on its blog. It was a decision I have never regretted.
The blog serves a particular purpose. It allows like minded individuals to exchange their views/opinions about their mental health conditions. I would describe it as great on-line group therapy.
I have really enjoyed writing posts and commenting on others. There is a genuine ‘supporting’ ethos among those who participate.
If you have not tried it yet I highly recommend you do. They prefer you to steer away from religion and politics and, if you can keep it around 500 words it would be appreciated.
If you have any questions about the process or content I will do my best to answer.
If you do decide to write a post I promise you will have at least one positive comment, mine!
Please think about trying. I am sure you will gain benefit from the experience.
