Have you seen those advertisements on television, the internet or social media promising you wonderful luxurious hair, a flat tummy, a fit body, gleaming teeth, a blemish free face or amazing toenails all for just 3 mins a day?
It is not just promises for a better more beautiful body in 3 mins a day but making us in to an artist, a published writer, a great cook, a handy person, great knitter, a competent dressmaker etc. Three minutes does sound like a exaggeration, but all the testimonials and photos try to convince us it is easily achievable.
Someone bought me a hair conditioner that claimed in 3 mins a day my wild unruly hair would be tamed into luxurious curls. Imagine my disappointment that after a month of 3 mins a day my hair still felt like barbed wire and not a cute curl visible.
I wonder what experiences Moodscopers have had with a 3 minute cure or similar time cure. Is there something you would like a 3 minute cure for?
I have ugly nails and feet and would like a simple cure to make me unashamed of my feet and be able to go bare foot or a 3 minute cure to stop sarcastic me coming out when I find people rude and condescending.
Why do people think a 3 min cure will help them?
