I am not afraid of the dark
My brighter days have come
It is living that caused me my pain
Beautiful days are in front of me
I will grasp them with my strong hands
And whilst my stomach keeps-on churning
I know I am the better man!
I am not afraid of the dark
I challenge it every day
Nightime no longer makes me sad
My pain has gone away!
