Some time ago, I wrote a blog about saying sorry as I am the queen of sorry.
Lately I have been thinking of all the things I apologise for. I want to accept myself more and stop saying sorry for being me.
For one week I will stop apologising for:
* Being emotional, sensitive and empathic.
* Overthinking.
* Speaking my mind and being honest and expressive.
* Apologising.
* Small things.
I want to stop apologising for being me.
Why do many of us keep apologising for being ourselves? We are who we are.
So will you join me in stopping apologising for being yourself for a week?
