Are you the sort of person who likes everything nailed down and to know where they are going, or someone who flies by the seat of their pants?
Do you keep a diary, plan everything ahead and arrive early?
Or do you prefer to wing it, and see how it turns out on the day?
I’ve been using Moodscope for many years and have found the tools phenomenally useful. My first usage of it was in 2009, when Tom, my husband, first heard about the website and drew my attention to it. I’m what in advertising is called an ‘early adopter’, someone who likes to get in on developments early. But I go through periods of remembering to use it and doing it every day, and then sometimes for months on end I forget all about it.
I’m a writer and publisher, and this is how I roll, moving with the times. My business name is The Creative Pumpkin, which is very appropriate for this time of year! I plan a bit ahead, but the idea of having a rota where every hour is accounted for would impact my mental health very badly.
Others prefer to know exactly what they’re doing and when.
I’m off to do my score now because it’s 7pm and if I don’t do it now, I won’t have done it for a couple of days. But I’m very curious to hear how other Moodscope users use the app.

PS. Celebrate the good times, remember the bad times will pass. I know this because I’m 59 and I have been there.
