We are always looking for new members and existing members to contribute.
If you have a story to tell, some advice to give or an experience to share we’d love to hear from you. It really could be just how your day has been, if you’re feeling better and how you got there, what do you do to help yourself, or just how difficult it is for you and you’re looking for help. Our members will be there for you.
If you would like to write something but aren’t sure if it’s suitable, we’re happy to advise in any way. Please send your blog post to firstname.lastname@example.org. We don't have many rules, but we do ask that your blog is 500 words or less and we prefer to steer clear of politics and religion!
As we don't have a theme for today, can we ask you to let us know of any good news stories you’ve heard lately or if anything lovely has happened to you recently. With all the awful news around at the momement, it will hopefully give us all a lift.
