Some make excuses when they don't commit to what they said they would do.
Over the years I have made excuses throughout my life! I made excuses because my relationships broke up. I blamed the fact I picked the wrong partners. I never thought my behaviour may have been a factor.
Do you think about why you make excuses? When do you tend to make excuses?
I realised that by using excuses I was using up my time, making more fears, and avoiding making choices I needed to make.
What is the most outrageous excuse you have ever told or been told?
Did anyone believe you? Have you believed an incredible sounding excuse, why or why not?
Have you never given an excuse or only used one rarely?
Do you make excuses more to yourself than to others?
