World Mental Health Day

Today the world comes together to recognise World Mental Health Day—a day dedicated to raising awareness, breaking stigma, and making mental health a priority for all.

Recent estimates suggest that nearly 1 billion people worldwide suffer from some form of mental health disorder with approximately 700,000 people dying by suicide each year.

Unfortunately, around 1.2 million people in the UK are on the NHS waiting list for mental health services, some waiting over 2 years for some of the services offered.

At Moodscope, we are committed to supporting mental well-being and empowering individuals to take control of their mental health, one day at a time.

Take a moment today to check in with yourself. Use Moodscope to reflect on how you're feeling and understand what influences your mood.

And just as importantly, why not take some time today to share the importance of mental health with friends, family and colleagues. Why not tell others about Moodscope and how it has helped you. Someone you know might need this information right now.

By being part of the Moodscope community, you’ve already taken an important step in managing your own mental health. On this day, let’s also work to lift up those around us. Every conversation matters. Every story shared can help someone feel less alone.

Thank you for being part of this positive, supportive community.
